At SWITCH we offer more than 40 group fitness classes each week so you can choose an activity that suits you. Group fitness is a fantastic way to get fit and meet new people – it doesn’t even feel like exercise because it’s so much fun!
There are many benefits to exercising with a group, whether you are joining in a class at the gym, an aqua lesson in the pool, or outside at boot camp.
Accountability is a great motivator when you work out with a friend. If you don't show up, chances are you could be letting someone down. Encouragement from an instructor or your workout buddies can be a key factor in keeping you on track to your fitness and health goals.
Another plus is the social aspect of group exercise. You can make friends with similar interests and enjoy pre- and post-workout chats and coffees. But most importantly, training in a group is fun. You'll laugh, you'll sweat, you'll work hard and in no time you'll be finished and feeling ready for whatever life can throw at you!

Low to medium intensity resistance class in the water. A fun and exhilarating class for all ages. Ideal for people who have never participated in a group fitness class before. Guaranteed to work you hard while having a lot of fun with friends.
A combination of strength and cardiovascular endurance. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will challenge the beginner to advanced person and no two classes are ever the same. Circuit can consist of bodyweight and strength-based exercises, incorporating a variety of equipment in circuit-style training.
Designed to improve functional strength and endurance using compound movements, this class comprises of high intensity interval training with weight lifting. Suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.
Based on cutting-edge scientific research, CX Worx is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. A class that really hones in on torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
A combination of fit boxing and circuit training. This class incorporates high-intensity interval training and areas of body resistance training. This is a fantastic class to spike your heart rate to increase fitness while building muscle strength and endurance.
Fit Boxing, Core and Indoor Cycle
This is an ideal class filled with variety. 20 minutes each of fit boxing, partner work with boxing gloves to work your upper body, core to challenge your abdominal strength and mid-section and spin to work your legs in both strength and speed. A balanced head-to-toe workout with a good mix of both strength and cardio. Perfect for all fitness levels.
HIIT is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This training can comprise of bodyweight exercise, weight-based exercise and plyometric exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
A high-intensity class involving speed, plyometric and strength training. Designed to increase cardiovascular fitness and strength endurance.
Les Mills Body Attack
A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength, agility and stabilisation exercises.
Les Mills Body Pump
The original barbells class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Les Mills Body Step
An energising step workout with intense cardio and muscle conditioning. This class makes you feel liberated and alive. Using height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
Combining traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest high-intensity interval training techniques to increase your cardiovascular fitness and plyometric strength.
Cycle your way to shaped legs, burn calories and improve lower body strength with an indoor cycling class where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music incorporating riding positions and speeds to suit the terrain.

A gentle and nurturing way to create strength, flexibility, balance and harmony. This class is an ideal relaxation and breathing technique class that will also develop your flexibility and strength. Participants are able to connect mentally, physically and emotionally through their yoga practice, which takes them on a journey to better health and wellness.
A combination of yoga and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength. Yogalates is a fusion of yoga and Pilates; a perfect class for people to combine the strength and flexibility of yoga while developing abdominal core strength through the basic principles of Pilates.
