ROBERTA OBRIEN: GYM MANAGER

Experience
I have been in the fitness industry for the last 10 years but have always been affiliated with local gyms and sport.  I love ocean swimming and running, in particular trail running.  I have three children who enjoy a healthy lifestyle of predominantly surfing and dancing – so as a family we all enjoy fun and fitness together.  I love group fitness and team challenges… I think there is something in sharing the load and pain that makes working out even more challenging and fun.

ALYCE BENSON

Experience
I have been in the health and fitness Industry for nine years working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I love teaching classes as they are fun, energetic and a great way to get results. I love training people as it is a rewarding experience for me seeing people lose weight, get in shape and tone up. Fitness has always been a part of my life and I feel very passionate about helping people achieve their goals. After having two kids of my own I know how busy you get, but if you can commit to just 30 minutes a day you will be healthier.

I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years, beginning as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. My passion is group fitness – nothing makes me happier than seeing someone start as a beginner and through dedication and hard work, see what they can achieve. Group fitness is such a great way to train as members get the motivation and encouragement they need to push themselves further than they would on their own, in a fun and safe environment.
