HIIT/Circuit

HIIT is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This training can comprise of bodyweight exercise, weight-based exercise and plyometric exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

A combination of strength and cardiovascular endurance. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will challenge the beginner to advanced person and no two classes are ever the same. Circuit can consist of bodyweight and strength-based exercises, incorporating a variety of equipment in circuit-style training.
