SWITCH Facebook page offers free COVID-19 home workouts

Many of us are going a little stir crazy at home, so what better time to focus on your fitness?

Not only does physical activity help you live longer and feel better physically, but it is also excellent to improve mental health.

The COVID-19 pandemic is challenging in many ways and staying mentally fit and strong is as important as staying physically fit and strong.

We want to help you do both, which is why we will keep updating our SWITCH Fitness Facebook page with free workouts to try at home.

Some of these workouts are presented by our very own trainers here in Lismore and some are from our professional exercise partners.

Lots of us are also under financial pressure at present and we want to help ease that burden as well. Take advantage of these free workouts and save your pennies while staying fit and healthy in mind, body and spirit.
