Changes to the Fitness industry regarding 24/7 hours and our operational hours

You may have heard that the NSW Premier has announced changes to the Fitness industry stating that all gym facilities must be staffed whilst open.

This unfortunately means that we cannot operate our 24/7 as it has normally operated. This came into effect from 12.01am Saturday 1st August.

We understand this is disappointing and we have taken your feedback and suggestions on board regarding extending our normal gym opening hours.

As of Monday 3rd August we will extend our staffed gym opening hours starting as follows

Monday–Thursday: 5am – 8pm
Friday: 5am – 7pm
Saturday: 7am – 3pm

These hours are available for members, Fitness Passport holders and casual visits. 24/7 tags are not necessary.

This will continue until the NSW Government gives us further direction.

Monday to Friday 6am-7pm and Saturday 8am-3pm

Pool Opening hours:

Monday to Thursday 6am-7pm, Friday 6am-6pm and Saturday 8am-3pm

Creche hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 11.45am & Saturday 8am to 11.15am
