Get into group fitness classes and get healthy while having fun
At SWITCH we offer more than 40 group fitness classes each week so you can choose an activity that suits you. Group fitness is a fantastic way to get fit and meet new people – it doesn’t even feel like exercise because it’s so much fun!
There are many benefits to exercising with a group, whether you are joining in a class at the gym, an aqua lesson in the pool, or outside at boot camp.
Accountability is a great motivator when you work out with a friend. If you don't show up, chances are you could be letting someone down. Encouragement from an instructor or your workout buddies can be a key factor in keeping you on track to your fitness and health goals.
Another plus is the social aspect of group exercise. You can make friends with similar interests and enjoy pre- and post-workout chats and coffees. But most importantly, training in a group is fun. You'll laugh, you'll sweat, you'll work hard and in no time you'll be finished and feeling ready for whatever life can throw at you!
